Job summary

Ahead, LLC is seeking a Warehouse Senior Lead to support the Warehouse Floor Manager in a fast-moving environment at 270 Samuel Barnet Blvd, New Bedford. You will oversee day-to-day operations in inbound and outbound, ensuring targets and customer requirements are met while staff comply with health, safety and SOPs.

The role requires hands-on leadership, coaching, inventory controls, and collaboration across departments to maintain accuracy and timely delivery.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience in warehouse environments.
• Experience with inbound/outbound operations and inventory management.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and WMS.
• Knowledge of safety regulations (OSHA) and SOP adherence.
• Ability to work in a fast-moving, team-based environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily warehouse operations for both Inbound and Outbound processes.
• Train, supervise and evaluate warehouse team members and provide ongoing coaching.
• Manage inventory levels by monitoring stock and conducting audits.
• Ensure the warehouse is clean, orderly and safe.
• Monitor and maintain warehouse equipment and enforce OSHA regulations.
• Collaborate with management to implement improvements to KPIs.
• Act as a liaison with other departments to ensure timely delivery of orders.
• Complete other assigned tasks as needed.
