Imperial Distributors, Inc. in Worcester, MA is seeking an Inbound Lead to ensure the inbound department meets safety, quality, productivity, and housekeeping standards.

You will operate a forklift to load/unload pallets and coordinate with Supervisors to align with company goals, while training new hires and cross-training across inbound areas. The role requires basic computer skills, a high school diploma or GED, and preferred warehouse and leadership experience.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Basic computer skills for login and simple instructions.
• Warehouse experience preferred.
• Training/leading others experience preferred.
• Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions and memos.
• Ability to present information clearly in one-on-one and small groups.

Responsibilities

• Meet productivity and accuracy standards.
• Adhere to safety, quality and production standards.
• Cross-train in all inbound areas (Forklift Operator, Stocker, Receiver, Inbound Support).
• Operate forklift, cherry picker, reach truck or transporter to move pallets.
• Assist supervisors with daily work direction and shift start tasks.
• Train new hires and transfers on inbound processes and company culture.
