Responsibilities

• Leads daily activities of warehouse teammates to ensure safe, successful completion of tasks.
• Verifies warehouse processes are followed and handles areas of responsibility assigned by management.
• Trains and leads personnel and evaluates processes for continuous improvement.
• Communicates improvements and goals to management and staff (quality, OOS, safety).
• Leads safety culture and ensures compliance with safety policies.
