The role requires strong communication, the ability to multi-task, and familiarity with Microsoft Office. A PIT certification is preferred, and the work environment is dynamic and physical.

Qualifications

• Requires a high school diploma or GED.
• 1–3 years of work experience.
• PIT forklift certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily warehouse activities to ensure safe, efficient operations.
• Ensure adherence to warehouse processes for check-in and damaged product handling.
• Train and mentor warehouse personnel; evaluate processes for improvements.
• Communicate with management and staff on process and safety improvements.
• Model safety culture and ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
• Support interviewing and assist in performance management as needed.
