Job summary

The Warehouse Lead at Coca-Cola Bottling Co. Consolidated is responsible for assisting the Warehouse Manager and Supervisors in all areas of warehouse operations, providing leadership, training and hands-on support as needed.

This role leads daily activities, ensures processes are followed, supports safety, and participates in interviewing and guiding the team under supervision, with emphasis on continuous improvement and teamwork.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1–3 years of work experience.
• PIT certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Leads and directs the daily activities of warehouse teammates to ensure the safe and successful completion of all related daily warehouse activities and operations.
• Verifies and ensures all applicable warehouse processes are followed including handling damaged product check-in and other assigned areas.
• Trains and leads Warehouse Personnel and evaluates processes striving for continuous improvements.
• Communicates with Warehouse Management and Personnel on process improvements and safety.
• Leads and models the safety culture and ensures safety policies are followed.
