Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 1 to 3 years of related work experience.
• PIT certification preferred (Pallet Jack, Forklift, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Leads and directs daily activities of warehouse teammates to ensure safe, successful completion of operations.
• Verifies all warehouse processes are followed and supports assigned areas by Warehouse Manager/Supervisor.
• Trains and leads Warehouse Personnel and evaluates processes for continuous improvements.
• Communicates identified improvements to management and teammates.
• Promotes safety culture and ensures 100% compliance with safety policies.
• Motivates team to meet goals through coaching and training; may assist in interviewing candidates.
