Job summary

Rush Truck Centers is seeking a Warehouse Lead to supervise daily warehouse activities and assist the warehouse manager in running efficient operations. You will verify inbound shipments, process stock, and ensure accurate labeling and bin locations.

The role requires forklift certification within 90 days, a GED or high school diploma, and basic computer skills. This is a full-time, on-site position with competitive benefits and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 3 months’ warehouse operations experience or equivalent.
• Forklift certification/training required within 90 days; 18+ for operation.
• Must be able to use computer systems for stock and packing slips.

Responsibilities

• Supervise warehouse staff in daily activities.
• Assist warehouse manager to run operations efficiently.
• Check in incoming shipments and verify counts vs packing slips.
• Enter stock movements and ensure proper labeling with barcodes.
• Process stock orders within 24 hours and locate items in stock.
