Job summary

DOW Technologies is seeking a Warehouse Lead to support daily DC operations and assist the Warehouse Manager in maintaining an efficient, safe, and customer-focused environment.

This working lead will guide Warehouse Associates, participate in order fulfillment, receiving, and inventory control while promoting teamwork and process improvements. The role emphasizes accuracy and strong communication across departments.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of warehouse, distribution, shipping/receiving, or related experience preferred.
• Previous lead, supervisory, or team leadership experience preferred.
• Strong understanding of warehouse operations, order fulfillment, shipping, receiving, and inventory control.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day direction and support to Warehouse Associates in the daily execution of warehouse operations.
• Help prioritize daily workload and assign tasks to ensure customer orders and warehouse activities are completed within established timelines.
• Pull, pick, check, pack, post, and prepare customer orders for shipment accurately and efficiently.
• Ensure outgoing shipments are properly packaged, labeled, documented, and staged for carrier pickup.
• Assist with receiving inbound shipments, including unloading, inspecting, verifying, and properly storing merchandise.
• Maintain accurate inventory through cycle counts and reconciliation activities.
• Train and onboard new Warehouse Associates on procedures, equipment, safety, and company expectations.
