Job summary

CJ Logistics America is seeking a Warehouse Lead to coordinate daily warehouse operations and mentor staff. You will oversee tasks, ensure safety and quality, and support process improvements while maintaining high productivity in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires forklift and pallet jack operation, strong communication, and the ability to coach teams. On-site work with competitive benefits is provided at CJ Logistics America.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent experience.
• At least three years of related experience.
• Ability to operate forklift equipment including electric pallet jacks.
• Knowledge of warehouse policies, practices and safety procedures.
• Strong interpersonal communication and conflict resolution skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily warehouse operations and allocate tasks to staff for efficient workflow.
• Coach and train employees, supporting ongoing development and safety practices.
• Conduct audits and enforce safety, quality, and process improvements throughout the warehouse.
• Communicate effectively with staff and management to share updates and resolve issues.
