Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 3 years of related warehouse experience.
• Knowledge of warehouse practices, policies and procedures.
• Ability to teach, coach and delegate operational tasks.
• Able to operate forklift equipment including electric pallet jacks.
• Basic math and reading skills.
• Strong interpersonal communication and conflict resolution.
• Detail oriented with multi-tasking in a fast-paced setting.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily warehouse workload and assign tasks for efficient workflow.
• Monitor floor operations and provide real-time problem-solving support.
• Assist with scheduling and planning of activities as directed.
• Operate material handling equipment as needed to support workflow.
• Serve as a role model for operational excellence and coach staff.
• Provide on-the-job training and certify employee skill sets.
• Audit warehouse processes and ensure compliance with safety and policies.
• Foster positive employee relations and resolve conflicts.
• Support process improvements and safety training.
• Communicate updates to staff, supervisors, and management.
• Encourage teamwork, recognize achievements, and maintain a positive culture.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
