Job summary

ADP, Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Inventory Lead in Hebron, KY. The role focuses on maintaining inventory accuracy, overseeing receiving of blanks and finished goods, and coordinating with warehouses to ensure client demands are met.

You will drive cycle counts, reconcile discrepancies, and ensure proper documentation across the receiving and shipping processes. The ideal candidate has at least 2 years in inventory control, strong Excel skills, and the ability to operate ERP/WMS systems.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of receiving experience in Inventory Control.
• Intermediate to advanced Excel knowledge.
• Experience with ERP/WMS systems is a must.
• Basic knowledge of Outlook.
• Knowledge of warehouse flow & inventory reconciliation practices.
• Previous experience or willingness to be trained in material handling equipment such as Order Pullers, Turret Trucks, Forklifts.
• Ability to use material handling equipment to safely travel up to 30 feet vertically.
• Detail orientated and kept accurate records.
• Ability to multitask and communicate clearly with various types of personnel.
• Ability to work in a team environment with minimum supervision.
• Bilingual in English/Spanish preferred

Responsibilities

• Maintain inventory accuracy while using an ERP system.
• Reconciliation of inventory by conducting research of system documents and scheduling cycle counts.
• Coordinate with each warehouse/contractor on item arriving and assist with receiving documentation.
• Communicate with production on discrepancies from suppliers and obtain approvals to receive.
• Compare packing to the POs and final counts ensuring product item numbers match in the system.
• Monitor discrepancy reports daily to maintain inventory and ensure invoicing is clean.
• Receives products from suppliers and inspect them for distribution safety.
• Review defective products or shipment overages and schedule returns to suppliers.
