Job summary

Dollar Shave Club is seeking an Amazon Warehouse Lead to oversee daily warehouse operations, assign tasks, and ensure timely completion of Amazon orders. You will train new hires, maintain safety, and support scheduling in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires leadership, experience with WMS and RF scanners, and the ability to navigate multiple Amazon systems. This full-time position runs Monday–Friday with a 7:00 am–3:30 pm schedule and $20/hour pay.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years of lead experience in warehouse/distribution.
• Experience in fast-paced warehouse operations.
• Proficient with Word, Excel, and email systems.
• Experience with WMS and RF scanners.
• Experience with SOPs/Work Instructions.
• Ability to navigate Korber 1 WMS and Amazon systems.
• Experience with inventory management and carrier coordination.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and time management skills.
• Basic English communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee the daily work of Warehouse Associates during assigned shifts.
• Assign daily tasks and direct work to ensure smooth workflow and production output.
• Ensure all Amazon customer orders are completed daily in accordance with account SLAs.
• Manage weekly kitting schedules and ensure daily production goals are met.
• Train new and existing team members on SOPs, training checklists, risk assessments, and work instructions.
• Ensure compliance with all safety policies and warehouse procedures.
• Monitor daily production activities and troubleshoot routine operational issues.
• Communicate operational challenges and improvement ideas to management.
