Job summary

Dollar Shave Club, based in the United States, seeks an Amazon Warehouse Lead to guide daily warehouse operations for Amazon orders and special projects. You will direct Warehouse Associates, assign tasks, and ensure safe, efficient workflows to meet SLAs.

You will train new hires in SOPs, safety standards, and procedures, while managing planning and weekly schedules to sustain productive output in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years in a lead role within a warehouse or distribution environment.
• Experience in fast-paced warehouse Fulfillment operations.
• Proficient with Word, Excel and email systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee daily Warehouse Associates during assigned shifts.
• Assign daily tasks and direct work to ensure smooth workflow and production output.
• Ensure all Amazon orders are completed daily per account SLAs.
• Manage weekly kitting schedules and meet daily production goals.
• Train new and existing team members on SOPs and work instructions.
• Ensure compliance with safety policies and warehouse procedures.
• Monitor daily production activities and troubleshoot issues.
• Communicate challenges and improvement ideas to management.
• Support labor planning and assist with scheduling.
• Collaborate with other warehouse teams during peak demand.
• Maintain organized workflows and accurate task completion.
