Job summary

Visual Comfort & Co. is seeking a Warehouse Lead in Greer, SC to oversee critical warehouse activities, supervise Team Members, and ensure accurate inventory and safe operations. You will coordinate task assignments, track replenishment, and resolve material issues with minimal supervision.

The role requires 2–3 years of warehouse experience, a current forklift license, and proficiency with RF scanners and Microsoft Office. Competitive pay and benefits support work-life balance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2-3 years in a warehouse, distribution center, or similar setting.
• Current forklift license and certification.
• Experience with stand-up high-reach and sit-down forklifts.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word).
• Able to read/write/speak English and operate RF scanners.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload materials and move them within the warehouse.
• Count, verify, and organize inventory as directed by the manager.
• Coordinate and assign tasks to team members to meet deadlines.
• Track replenishment of primary locations and ensure inventory accuracy.
• Maintain safety, quality, and operational standards in all activities.
• Communicate with management and other teams to maximize efficiency.
