Job summary

Visual Comfort & Co. in Greer, SC is seeking a Warehouse Operations Associate II to support receiving, storage, and shipping, maintain inventory accuracy, operate warehouse equipment, and assure quality in the work area.

You will collaborate with all warehouse teams, help schedule labor and equipment, and resolve shipment issues. A 1–3 year warehousing background and high school diploma are expected; multiple benefits and competitive pay are offered.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years’ experience in a warehousing environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent; Associate degree preferred.
• Proficiency with JDE, RDS, DSI, SQL and Microsoft Office.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and varied shifts.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily warehouse activities: Receiving, storage, and shipping operations.
• Monitor workflow and productivity; identify bottlenecks and improve processes.
• Assist in scheduling and resource allocation with supervisors.
• Handle complex shipping tasks: high-value or sensitive shipments.
• Collaborate with procurement, logistics, and customer service to meet deadlines.
• Uphold Visual Comfort Company Values and maintain punctuality and teamwork.
