Job summary

You will engage closely with management and customers, ensure process adherence, and drive accuracy during picking, packing, and unloading. The role requires 1 year of warehouse and sit-down forklift experience, strong communication skills, and knowledge of WMS and Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED is required.
• 1 year of warehouse experience.
• 1 year of sit-down forklift experience within the last 12 months.
• Experience motivating and leading a team in a warehouse and logistics environment is preferred.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong willingness and ability to train other employees.
• Knowledge of warehouse safety guidelines and regulations.
• Ability to coordinate team tasks to meet deadlines.
• Able to provide problem-solving and continuous improvement ideas.
• Knowledge and operation of WMS and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to read, write and understand English.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day activities of warehouse team to meet deadlines.
• Oversee start-up procedures and execution of daily work plan.
• Ensure adherence to warehouse processes and safety guidelines.
• Coordinate daily picking and labeling to fulfill customer orders.
• Monitor inbound inspection and unloading for accuracy and order flow.
• Liaise with transportation and supply chain stakeholders to optimize processes.
• Train team members and foster engagement and collaboration.
• Complete additional duties as assigned by management.
