Job summary

Visual Comfort & Co. in Greer, SC is seeking a Warehouse Lead to oversee daily warehouse operations, assign tasks to team members, and ensure accurate inventory and safe handling of materials. The role requires forklift certification and 2–3 years of warehouse experience.

You will work with RF scanners and Microsoft Office, uphold safety standards per OSHA, and collaborate with management to maintain efficient material flow and customer service. On-site, Mon–Fri, with growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of full-time warehouse experience or equivalent in distribution/fulfillment environments.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Current forklift license/certification with experience on stand-up and sit-down equipment.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word).
• Strong reading, writing and spoken English skills.
• Knowledge of distribution center compliance and material handling procedures.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily warehouse activities and assign tasks to team members.
• Load/unload, count/verify, and move materials within the warehouse.
• Ensure inventory accuracy and timely replenishment of primary locations.
• Enforce safety procedures and maintain housekeeping throughout the facility.
• Communicate with management and other teams to maximize efficiency.
