Qualifications

• 5+ years of related experience preferably within a pharmaceutical operations setting.
• Ability to read and understand training documents, product labeling and warehouse signage written in English.
• Experience with ERP systems, preferably SAP.

Responsibilities

• Lead through example with excellent attendance, run meetings, track KPIs, and report outcomes.
• Coordinate workflow with other departments to meet business needs.
• Ensure training per SOPs and maintain training documentation for cross-training.
• Arrange system access and permissions (e.g. SAP, Small Parcel Shipping System).
• Comply with policies to maintain training, safety, GxP and regulatory standards.
• Process paperwork accurately according to policies and procedures.
• Adapt to changing work demands while maintaining quality.
• Cross-train in multiple operation areas to limit mistakes.
• Receive and inspect inbound product for OS&D; pick orders accurately for shipment.
