Job summary

AbbVie is seeking a Supervisor, Warehouse/Services Supply Chain to oversee daily warehouse and service operations, including order fulfillment, shipping, and material handling. You will lead warehouse personnel, ensure safe, compliant operations, and support timely delivery to internal and external customers.

The role requires coordinating with Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Quality, Procurement, Facilities, and Transportation to drive operational excellence and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field and/or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 3 years in warehouse/logistics or related operations, 5 years preferred.
• Experience supervising warehouse/distribution teams.
• Experience with warehouse safety, shipping/receiving, and audits a plus.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily picking, staging, packing, shipping, and material-handling activities.
• Coordinate warehouse schedules, staffing, workload balancing, and shift coverage.
• Lead, coach, and develop employees.
• Assign daily work and communicate priorities, expectations, performance standards, and safety requirements.
• Monitor service levels and resolve operational issues impacting production or customers.
• Foster a collaborative, inclusive, and accountable work environment.
