Job summary

Qualifications

• Requires a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 3 years in warehouse/logistics operations; 5 years preferred.
• Experience supervising in a warehouse or distribution environment.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily picking, staging, packing, shipping, and material-handling activities.
• Coordinate warehouse schedules, staffing, workload balancing, and shift coverage.
• Lead, coach, and develop employees.
• Set priorities, expectations, and safety requirements.
• Monitor service levels and resolve operational issues affecting production or customers.
• Identify opportunities to improve productivity, inventory flow, space utilization, cost, quality, and service.
• Escalate disruptions and equipment issues promptly.
• Use data and metrics to identify trends and root causes.
• Support business continuity and contingency planning.
