• Hands-on in inbound/outbound/inventory with measurable impact.
• Ability to use KPIs to drive improvements across safety, quality, cost.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end warehouse operations to meet service levels and cost targets.
• Plan staffing, training, and performance management to ensure capacity and accountability.
• Ensure safety compliance with policies and regulatory requirements.
• Monitor KPIs and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Serve as main point of contact for customers and leadership on performance updates.
