Job summary

DP World in Los Lunas, NM is seeking an experienced L3: Warehouse Lead to plan, direct and coordinate our warehouse operations. You will empower teams, ensure KPI targets are met, and drive continuous improvement in a fast-paced logistics environment.

The role requires leadership, a background in logistics or manufacturing, and a prior forklift certification/experience. You will collaborate across departments to optimize workflow, deliver safe and efficient results, and support production goals.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED required.
• Experience in a lead role.
• Experience in a Logistics or Manufacturing environment.
• Prior forklift experience.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate efficient operation of the department and ensure procedures are documented and followed.
• Assist with monitoring daily KPI's, Quality Metrics, employee timecard exceptions & productivity administration.
• Provide back up and support to the Supervisor and to represent him/her fully in periods of absence when required.
• Liaison with all operational departments to ensure smooth work flow & maximum synergy.
• Provide leadership to staff by establishing clear expectations and acting as a role model and assist with planning, overseeing and participating in the warehouse operations and activities.
• Able to work required scheduled deemed necessary to meet the production goals and Key Performance Indicators of the site.
• Other duties as assigned.
