Job summary

DP World is seeking a Warehouse Lead (L3) for our Mesa, AZ location. The role focuses on coordinating department operations, maintaining KPI accuracy, and backing up the Supervisor as needed to ensure continuous productivity.

The ideal candidate will have prior lead experience within a logistics or manufacturing setting and will drive safe, efficient, and compliant processes across the site. This on-site opportunity supports a growing, global logistics network.

Qualifications

• Experience in a Lead role.
• Experience in a Logistics or Manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate efficient operation of the department and ensure procedures are documented and followed.
• Assist with monitoring daily KPI’s, Quality Metrics, employee timecard exceptions & productivity administration is completed accurately and on time.
• Provide back up and support to the Supervisor and to represent him/her fully in periods of absence (sickness, holiday, business meetings, etc.) when required.
• Liaison with all operational departments to ensure smooth work flow & maximum synergy.
• Provide leadership to staff by establishing clear expectations and acting as a role model and assist with planning, overseeing and participating in the warehouse operations and activities.
