Job summary

Medline Industries, LP is seeking a Warehouse Lead to supervise all Warehouse Operators, enforce safety and procedures, and train staff. The role includes managing inventory accuracy, cycle counts, and material movements within ERP systems, while ensuring efficient operations and compliance with policies.

The position requires a High School Diploma or equivalent and 2 years in manufacturing. Proficiency with hand tools and strong troubleshooting skills are valued assets.

Qualifications

• 2 years experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
• Good verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
• Basic knowledge and use of hand tools.
• Sound decision-making skills; good math, reading, and writing skills.
• Demonstrate mechanical aptitude.
• Strong troubleshooting skills.

Responsibilities

• The Warehouse Lead oversees actions and activity of all Warehouse Operators and delegates tasks.
• Promote and enforce Medline safety, operational, and procedural policies.
• Lead training for Warehouse Operators on these policies.
• Audit and monitor all inventory transactions and accuracy for raw materials and finished goods.
• Stage raw materials in production locations and production room.
• Process Material Requisitions in ERP systems.
• Operate floor equipment and perform cleaning/maintenance tasks.
• Maintain housekeeping of assigned aisles and perform debris removal and rack cleaning.
• Perform cycle counts to ensure accuracy and record adjustments in ERP systems.
• Operate Reach Truck, Walkie, Cherry Picker, and Fork Lifts safely.
• Perform general maintenance tasks on material handling equipment.
• Other tasks as assigned by the Manager.
