Job summary

Highline Aftermarket is seeking a Warehouse Lead to ensure smooth flow of incoming and outgoing product in a manufacturing/warehouse environment. The role requires driving a forklift, maintaining records, and assisting supervisors with daily tasks to meet quality and safety standards.

This position is based in Council Bluffs, IA, with hours 7:00 am–3:30 pm and potential overtime, including weekends. Candidates should be able to perform moderate to heavy physical labor and comply with all safety

Responsibilities

• Assist in coordinating daily responsibilities of team members to ensure shipping/receiving needs are met.
• Prepare and distribute assignments to team members.
• Safely use powered industrial trucks and other machinery to efficiently transport materials and products.
• Use the company’s warehouse management system (WMS) to accurately record movement of materials and products.
• Safely and efficiently load and unload trailers, shelves, racks, and pallets.
• Accurately inventory materials and product.
• Weigh materials and products and record weight on tags, labels, and production schedules.
