Job summary

Highline Aftermarket is seeking a Warehouse Material Handler to operate forklifts and related machinery in a fast-paced, high-volume warehouse in Council Bluffs, IA. You will move and load materials, document movements in the WMS, and support safe, accurate handling of products.

The role requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and the ability to work with minimal supervision while following safety rules and company policies. Training and license support are provided where required.

Qualifications

• High school degree or GED or equivalent.
• Must be able to obtain forklift license through Highline Warren.
• Experience with material handling machinery and warehouse operations is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate powered industrial trucks and other machinery to move materials and products.
• Use a handheld computer to access the company’s WMS and record movements accurately.
• Safely load and unload trailers, shelves, racks, and pallets.
• Inventory materials and products; weigh materials and record weights on labels and schedules.
• Perform daily safety checks on equipment, recharge batteries, and refuel as needed.
• Maintain clean work areas and assist with continuous improvement to reduce costs or increase productivity.
