Job summary

St. Mary’s Food Bank is seeking a Warehouse Lead to support the Warehouse Supervisor in daily operations. Responsibilities include loading/unloading trailers, receipt of goods, and quality checks with FIFO/FEFO rotation.

You will assist in safety, security, and coordination with other departments to ensure efficient workflows. The role operates Monday through Friday, 5:00am to 1:30pm. Candidates should have a high school diploma, familiarity with RF equipment, and strong communication skills in

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED or equivalent.
• Familiarity with Radio Frequency (RF) Equipment.
• Able to operate computer systems or handheld devices with training.
• Good written and oral communication skills.
• Must understand, speak, and read English to follow safety policies.

Responsibilities

• Assist with receiving, weighing, put-away, and staging of all incoming product.
• Coordinate storage and rotation of all product within coolers/freezers per FIFO/FEFO.
• Monitor all warehouse equipment to ensure preventive maintenance/repairs.
• Coordinate with other departments and Transportation on loads and priorities.
• Maintain a clean, safe warehouse environment at all times.
• Perform duties as assigned by Warehouse Leadership.
