Job summary

TreeHouse Foods is seeking a Warehouse Lead to oversee daily warehouse operations, coordinate loaders, and maintain accurate inventory of raw materials and finished goods. The role ensures efficient material movement between facilities while upholding food safety standards.

The successful candidate will manage shipping/receiving, perform SAP transactions, and drive continuous improvement initiatives within a fast-paced production environment.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• 1–3 years of experience in manufacturing environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing at all levels of the organization.
• Ability to read, analyze and interpret internal and regulatory compliance guidelines.
• Ability to use math and basic statistics.
• SAP experience a plus.
• Basic understanding of Lean Manufacturing tools.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate warehouse staff to meet shipping, receiving, and production demands.
• Receive and process Pick Lists; oversee trailer loading and unloading.
• Complete Trailer Inspection Reports and inspect questionable product (sample bags as needed).
• Verify trailer contents and documentation for accuracy before release.
• Perform SAP transactions for both shipping and receiving functions.
• Manage inbound/outbound drivers and communicate with dispatchers to resolve issues.
• Collaborate with production leaders to maintain a smooth production flow.
• Maintain accurate film and material inventory, including transfers between warehouses.
• Ensure forklift operators follow all safety protocols, GMPs, and housekeeping standards.
• Enforce food safety and quality standards as outlined in SQF guidelines.
• Participate in monthly safety and training activities.
• Support Continuous Improvement and 5S initiatives; contribute to Process Improvement Teams.
• Perform additional duties as assigned to support warehouse and plant operations.
• Foster effective communication and teamwork with staff and management.

About the Role:

Important Details:

This is a full-time permanent role on Crew C working from 7:00a to 7:00p rotating shift:

• Week 1: Sunday, Wednesday and Thursday from 7am to 7pm
• Week 2: Monday, Tuesday, Friday and Saturday from 7am to 7pm.

About You:

• High School diploma or GED required.
• One to three years' experience in manufacturing environment
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Must be able to effectively communicate both verbally and in writing with individuals at all levels of the organization
