Job summary

TreeHouse Foods is hiring a Packer for the Hanover facility on Crew C shift. The role supports the Production team, packing pretzels into boxes and preparing shipments from 7:00am to 7:00pm on a rotating schedule. The hourly rate is $20.79 with shift differential included.

This full-time position requires the ability to lift up to 50 lbs, work overtime and weekends, and maintain clean work areas in a food manufacturing environment. TreeHouse emphasizes growth, inclusion, and competitive benefits.

Job Description

About the Role: The Packer role at the Hanover location provides support to the Production team, driving and supporting key initiatives to improve performance throughout the plant. You'll add value to this role by performing various functions including, but not limited to:

• Grab Pretzel bags off the packing table and place them inside the box
• Tape the box and send it through the case labeler
• Stack
• Clean work area
• Able to lift up to 50lbs
• Other duties as assigned

Important Details: This is a full-time permanent role on Crew C shift , which operates from 7:00am to 7:00pm rotating shift:

• Week 1: Sunday, Wednesday and Thursday from 7am to 7pm.
• Week 2: Monday, Tuesday, Friday and Saturday from 7am to 7pm.

The Hourly rate is $20.79 /hr shift differential included .

About You

• Demonstrated experience following instructions/process documents and providing effective communication, both verbal and written
• Experience in a manufacturing environment - food manufacturing a plus
• The ability to work overtime and weekends
