Job summary

TreeHouse Foods, a leading private label foods manufacturer, is seeking a Warehouse Lead for Crew C (7A–7P) in Hanover, PA. You will oversee daily warehouse operations, coordinate loaders, maintain inventory, and ensure efficient movement of materials between facilities.

This full-time role requires 1–3 years in manufacturing, a high school diploma or GED, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and the ability to read and interpret internal and regulatory guidelines.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• 1–3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Effective verbal and written communication across all levels.
• Ability to read, analyze and interpret internal and regulatory guidelines.
• Ability to use math and basic statistics.
• SAP experience is a plus.
• Basic understanding of Lean Manufacturing tools.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily warehouse operations and coordinate loaders.
• Maintain accurate inventory of raw materials and finished goods.
• Ensure efficient movement of materials between facilities.
• Receive and process Pick Lists; oversee trailer loading/unloading.
• Perform SAP transactions for shipping and receiving.
• Manage inbound/outbound drivers and coordinate with dispatch.
• Collaborate with production to maintain a smooth flow.
• Enforce GMPs, safety and housekeeping standards.
• Participate in safety and training activities and CI/5S initiatives.
