TreeHouse Foods, a leading private label foods manufacturer, is seeking a Warehouse Lead for Crew C (7A–7P) in Hanover, PA. You will oversee daily warehouse operations, coordinate loaders, maintain inventory, and ensure efficient movement of materials between facilities.

This full-time role requires 1–3 years in manufacturing, a high school diploma or GED, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and the ability to read and interpret internal and regulatory guidelines.

Qualifications

Job Description:

About the Role:

The Warehouse Lead is responsible for overseeing daily warehouse operations, coordinating loaders, maintaining accurate inventory of raw materials and finished goods, and ensuring the efficient movement of materials between facilities. This role plays a critical part in maintaining operational flow, safety, and compliance with food safety standards. Coordinate warehouse staff to meet shipping, receiving, and production demands. Receive and process Pick Lists; oversee trailer loading and unloading. Complete Trailer Inspection Reports and inspect questionable product (sample bags as needed). Verify trailer contents and documentation for accuracy before release. Perform SAP transactions for both shipping and receiving functions. Manage inbound/outbound drivers and communicate with dispatchers to resolve issues. Collaborate with production leaders to maintain a smooth production flow. Maintain accurate film and material inventory, including transfers between warehouses. Ensure forklift operators follow all safety protocols, GMPs, and housekeeping standards. Enforce food safety and quality standards as outlined in SQF guidelines. Participate in monthly safety and training activities. Support Continuous Improvement and 5S initiatives; contribute to Process Improvement Teams. Perform additional duties as assigned to support warehouse and plant operations. Foster effective communication and teamwork with staff and management.

Important Details:

This is a full-time permanent role on Crew C working from 7:00a to 7:00p rotating shift: Week 1: Sunday, Wednesday and Thursday from 7am to 7pm Week 2: Monday, Tuesday, Friday and Saturday from 7am to 7pm.

About You:

• High School diploma or GED required.
• One to three years’ experience in manufacturing environment
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Must be able to effectively communicate both verbally and in writing with individuals at all levels of the organization
• Ability to read, analyze and interpret internal and regulatory compliance guidelines
• Ability to use math and basic statistics
