Job summary

TreeHouse Foods is seeking a Warehouse Lead to oversee daily warehouse operations at our Hanover, PA facility. The role coordinates staff, maintains accurate inventory, processes pick lists, and ensures safe, compliant operations in a food manufacturing environment.

The position offers a 7:00a–7:00p rotating shift (Crew C) and requires a High School diploma or GED and 1–3 years in manufacturing. SAP experience is a plus; proficiency in Microsoft Office and lean tools is advantageous.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• 1–3 years’ experience in manufacturing environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization.
• Ability to read, analyze and interpret internal and regulatory compliance guidelines.
• Basic math and statistics skills.
• SAP experience a plus.
• Basic understanding of Lean Manufacturing tools.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate warehouse staff to meet shipping, receiving, and production demands.
• Receive and process Pick Lists; oversee trailer loading and unloading.
• Verify trailer contents and documentation for accuracy.
• Perform SAP transactions for shipping and receiving functions.
• Maintain accurate film and material inventory, including transfers between warehouses.
• Ensure forklift operators follow safety protocols, GMPs, and housekeeping standards.
