Job summary

TreeHouse Foods is seeking a Lead Packer for the 3rd shift in Hanover, PA. This role ensures packaging quality, follows production orders, and maintains accurate SAP data entry for packing orders. You will lead a team on the conveyor line, enforce standard procedures, and report any issues to the Supervisor.

Qualifications

• Lead Packer ensures overall package quality by conducting routine checks and inspections of finished units.
• Maintains understanding of quality standards and enforces them on the production floor.
• Identifies and reports quality or compliance issues to the Supervisor.

Responsibilities

• Review and follow production orders to ensure all requirements are met.
• Perform quality checks on packaging, labeling, and finished products.
• Set up and organize materials and equipment at packing stations per BOM.
• Create case labels and enter order data into SAP.
• Ensure closeout of packing order documentation and maintain a clean work area.
