Job summary

Quality Custom Distribution Services LLC (QCD), a Golden State Foods company, is seeking a Warehouse Manager for Fontana, CA. You will oversee the DC warehousing function, inventory control, safety, and staff performance in a 24/7 operation to meet efficiency and quality targets.

The role requires 7+ years in warehousing with multi-temperature environments and strong leadership. You’ll drive process improvements, manage budgets, and report to Division management, supporting QCD and GSF

Qualifications

• 7+ years warehousing operations experience in multi-temperature environments.
• 3–6 years experience in warehouse/distribution operations with team supervision.
• Strong knowledge of safety protocols, food handling, and inventory best practices.
• Proficiency in computer systems and reporting (barcoding, warehouse systems, timekeeping).
• Ability to lead a diverse team in a 24/7 operation with collaboration, safety, and efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Plan and monitor day-to-day DC warehousing operations.
• Recruit, train, evaluate and lead staff to meet goals.
• Audit shipping/receiving procedures and improve inventory controls.
• Develop and manage the department budget and equipment maintenance.
• Ensure compliance with customer, government, and company directives.
• Provide reports and analyses to management for decision-making.
• Perform additional duties as needed.
