Job summary

Arcadia Cold Storage and Logistics in Hazle Township, PA, is seeking a Warehouse Lead to supervise loading, unloading, stacking, and picking in our warehouse. You will support Warehouse Operators and answer questions, contributing to safe, accurate order fulfillment.

Shift hours are Monday–Friday, 3:00pm–11:30pm. The role requires experience operating all MHE, strong attention to detail, and the ability to train new hires while maintaining a clean, efficient work environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED from an accredited institution.
• Experience operating all Arcadia MHE equipment.
• Strong sense of urgency and ability to meet deadlines.
• Ability to communicate effectively with a variety of individuals.

Responsibilities

• Operate powered industrial trucks to move products within the warehouse.
• Select, load, and stage products for shipping per work orders.
• Train new hires and oversee warehouse operators.
• Perform safety checks and follow company procedures.
• Maintain clean work area and report damages.
