Job summary

You will manage inventory, perform counts, supervise forklift operations (certified), and use JDE 9.1 and related systems for data entry and tracking. This role requires overtime up to 60 hours per week, ability to lift up to 40 lbs, and strong communication and leadership skills.

Qualifications

• Experience in warehouse operations and leadership.
• Forklift certification required.
• Familiarity with JDE 9.1 or similar systems.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and stand for long periods.
• Overtime availability up to 60 hours/week.

Responsibilities

• Lead and train warehouse team members.
• Ensure safety, quality, and on-time completion.
• Maintain accurate inventory and assist with counts.
• Monitor performance and seek productivity improvements.
• Oversee forklift operations and certification compliance.
• Utilize JDE 9.1 and other systems for data entry.
• Adhere to FSMA, HACCP, GMP and sanitation standards.
• Support operations with flexible scheduling.
