Job summary

WOW Logistics is seeking a Warehouse Lead to oversee the DC's daily performance and lead hourly staff, reporting directly to the Shift Supervisor. This safety-sensitive role requires strong organization and hands-on leadership in a non-rotating 2-2-3 shift from 6:30am to 6:00pm.

Base pay is $22.00/hour with a $2.00/hour shift premium, plus performance incentive programs to boost earnings. WOW Logistics emphasizes a drug-free workplace and team-first culture.

Qualifications

• Leadership abilities to direct hourly staff and coordinate daily tasks.
• Dependability and safety-focused team member.
• Ability to lift 50–60 pounds and work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Previous forklift experience is a plus, with training provided.
• Positive Attitude & Work Ethic: Arrive to every shift ready to work hard and contribute to the team.
• Customer Oriented: Ability to take care of the customers’ needs while following company procedures.

Responsibilities

• Direct and assign hourly employee’s daily tasks
• Provide feedback to supervision about employee behaviors to develop their attitude, work ethic, process and skills
• Participate in the training of new or less experienced warehouse employees, as requested, and inform management of his/her progress
• Ensure timely and accurate receipt of inbound inventory, cycle counts, inventory transactions and outbound shipping functions
• Report damage to racks and other warehouse equipment to management
• Operate material handling equipment in a safe and efficient manner
• Assist office personnel, including checking in/out drivers, inventory checks, BOL’s, Appointment calendar, and all other office duties as needed
• All other duties as assigned
