Job summary

Lineage is seeking a Warehouse Leader in Wisconsin to oversee daily operations in a fast-paced storage environment. You will assign tasks to warehouse associates, ensure safety, accuracy, and productivity, and coordinate with Traffic and Customer Service to meet service levels.

The role requires at least 3 years in warehousing, ability to lift 40 lbs, and tolerance for varied temperatures and noisy settings. Weekend shifts may be required, with opportunities for growth within Lineage.

Qualifications

• 3 years of experience in a warehouse/logistics environment.
• Able to work in temperatures as low as -20 Fahrenheit/-25 Celsius in cold storage sites or up to 100 Fahrenheit/37 Celsius in dry storage sites while wearing PPE.
• Must be able to lift a minimum of 40 lbs./18 kgs.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends if needed.
• Must be comfortable with various noise levels.

Responsibilities

• Plan, assign and direct the work of warehouse associates within a designated area.
• Report defective or damaged products and coordinate corrective actions in a timely manner.
• Manage warehouse associate responsibilities including loading/unloading and forklift operation.
• Handle and document daily inspections including equipment inspections and inbound/outbound trailer inspections.
• Check inbound/outbound shipments for compliance and report discrepancies.
• Maintain communication with Traffic and Customer Service.
• Coach and provide feedback to warehouse associates.
