Job summary

Cash Depot in Green Bay, WI is seeking a Warehouse Lead to coordinate day-to-day warehouse activities, supervise assistants, ensure accurate receiving, shipping, and inventory, and drive safety and efficiency across operations.

You will train and guide Warehouse Assistants, prioritize tasks to meet deadlines, handle UPS/FedEx and freight shipments, and support Lean process improvements while maintaining high standards of accuracy and organization.

Qualifications

• High School Degree / GED.
• 2+ years of professional work experience, inventory and warehouse experience required.
• Prior experience providing work direction or informal leadership to others preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to work within an inventory system or willingness to learn.
• Operate within the corporate policy guidelines and business practices.
• Results oriented and demonstrated strong sense of urgency.
• Excellent communication skills, written/verbal with internal and external contacts.
• Proven ability to be organized, detailed, multi-tasker, critical thinker, accurate, thorough and a problem-solver.
• Ability to adapt to change in the workplace or assignment of duties.
• Forklift experience required, or willingness and ability to complete forklift training and certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day work direction and guidance to Warehouse Assistants; not a formal hiring/termination authority.
• Coach team on safe practices and maintain a safe work environment.
• Identify and implement efficiency improvements; serve as first point of contact for day-to-day issues.
• Assist with inventory, warehouse and delivery preparations.
• Maintain accurate inventory and lead cycle counts.
• Train new Warehouse Assistants on processes, procedures, and equipment use.
• Process paperwork as required.
• Complete assigned tasks within scheduling deadlines and monitor team progress.
