Job summary

Lineage Logistics in Wisconsin is hiring a warehouse associate. The role starts at $23 per hour and runs a shift from 7:00am to 3:30pm, Monday through Friday.

You will support Operations Leadership to ensure service, quality, safety and productivity standards are met. Key duties include planning and directing work, inspecting products, operating equipment, and communicating with Traffic and Customer Service colleagues.

Qualifications

• 3 years of experience in a warehouse or logistics environment.
• Ability to lift at least 40 lbs.
• Willingness to work flexible hours and weekends if needed.

Responsibilities

• Plan, assign and direct the work of warehouse associates within a designated area
• Report defective or damaged products and follow up with corrective action
• Manage warehouse associate responsibilities including loading/unloading, forklift operation, and product relocation
• Handle and document daily inspections including equipment and inbound/outbound trailer inspections
• Check inbound/outbound shipments for compliance and report quantity/quality issues
• Maintain communication with Traffic and Customer Service Coach and provide feedback to warehouse associates
