Job summary

Agile Cold Storage in Macon, GA is seeking a Warehouse Lead to supervise daily activities in a 24-hour cold storage facility. You will lead a team of warehouse associates, coordinate workflow, and ensure accurate, timely processing of inventory and shipments.

This role requires strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills, with the ability to work extended shifts and enforce safety and attendance policies across shifts.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ year supervisory or lead experience in a warehouse.
• Basic knowledge of WMS and inventory controls.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily warehouse activities to meet productivity, quality, and safety standards.
• Plan labor and schedules for throughput, including extended shifts.
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols and company policies.
• Train and mentor warehouse staff to improve performance.
