Position Overview:

As our Warehouse Lead, you'll help guide a team of 4–6 warehouse associates, ensuring daily tasks are executed safely, efficiently, and with a sense of urgency. You’ll be hands-on, working alongside the team — leading by example in all aspects of the operation.

This is a great opportunity for someone with some warehouse experience who’s ready to take the next step and grow into a leadership role. More than experience, we value drive, commitment, and a strong work ethic.

What You’ll Do:

1. Assist in leading daily warehouse operations including receiving, picking, packing, shipping, and restocking
2. Operate forklifts, electric pallet jacks, and other equipment safely
3. Lift, carry, and move items up to 50 lbs regularly
4. Help train and motivate team members
5. Maintain accurate inventory and organize warehouse space efficiently
6. Ensure safety and cleanliness standards are followed
7. Jump in wherever needed — this is a team-first environment
8. Bring ideas to improve workflow, layout, and efficiency

What We’re Looking For:

1. A team player with a great attitude and desire to lead by example
2. 1+ year of warehouse or physical labor experience preferred, but not required
3. Willingness to work hard, learn, and grow into a leadership role
4. Comfortable in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
5. Able to consistently lift up to 50 lbs and operate warehouse equipment (we will train)
6. Dependable, organized, and takes ownership of responsibilities
