Are you a proactive person who enjoys assisting in monitoring and controlling inventory integrity? Then the Warehouse Lead position is for you! Located in Fairburn, GA.

About the Role

How you will contribute

• Coordinate efficient operation of the department and ensure procedures are documented and followed.
• Assist with monitoring daily KPIs, Quality Metrics, employee timecard exceptions, and productivity administration to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
• Provide backup and support to the Supervisor and represent them fully during their absence (sickness, holiday, business meetings, etc.) when required.
• Liaise with all operational departments to ensure smooth workflow and maximum synergy.
• Provide leadership to staff by establishing clear expectations, acting as a role model, and assisting with planning, overseeing, and participating in warehouse operations and activities.

Able to work the required scheduled hours deemed necessary to meet the production goals and Key Performance Indicators of the site. Schedule may fluctuate based on business needs.

• Other duties as assigned.
