About the Role

How you will contribute

1. Coordinate efficient operation of the department and ensure procedures are documented and followed.
2. Assist with monitoring daily KPI’s, Quality Metrics, employee timecard exceptions, and productivity administration to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
3. Provide backup and support to the Supervisor and represent them fully during their absence (sickness, holiday, business meetings, etc.) when required.
4. Liaise with all operational departments to ensure smooth workflow and maximum synergy.
5. Provide leadership to staff by establishing clear expectations, acting as a role model, and assisting with planning, overseeing, and participating in warehouse operations and activities.

Able to work scheduled hours deemed necessary to meet production goals and Key Performance Indicators of the site. The schedule may fluctuate based on business needs.
