Responsibilities

• Manage Sales Orders, Post Goods Issues (PGI), and daily SAP transactions.
• Support month-end delivery closures and provide daily open-order reports to Customer Service.
• Direct cycle counts, track min/max consumable levels, and inspect stock for damages or discrepancies.
• Coordinate 3PL delivery releases and export paperwork with cross-functional teams.
• Train and cross-train team members, lead EHS/safety audits, and oversee equipment inspections.

Randstad is partnered with this employer to fill this crucial role. The Warehouse Lead oversees daily warehousing, inventory, and logistics operations. This hands‑on role leads order fulfillment, inbound receiving, stock organization, and team coordination while supporting 3PL operations to ensure safe, accurate, and timely delivery.

salary: $65,000 - $70,000 per year

shift: First

work hours: 8 AM - 4:30 PM

Responsibilities

• Operations & Fulfillment: Lead daily receiving, picking, QC, packing, and shipping (FTL, LTL, parcel). Ensure safe handling, storage, and 5S clean warehouse standards.
• Systems & SAP: Process Sales Orders, complete Post Goods Issues (PGI), and manage daily SAP transactions. Ensure month‑end delivery closures and provide daily open‑order reports to Customer Service.
• Inventory & Planning: Direct cycle counts, track min/max consumable levels, manage waste/packaging returns, and inspect stock for damages or discrepancies.
• 3PL & Cross-Functional Coordination: Serve as primary contact for Supply Network Planners, Customer Service, Regulatory, and Lab teams (including waste drum management). Coordinate 3PL delivery releases and export paperwork.
• Leadership & Safety: Train and cross‑train team members, lead EHS/safety audits, and oversee regular equipment inspections (forklifts, pallet jacks).

The essential functions of this role include

• wearing steel toe shoes
• manual lifting up to 25lbs
