Responsibilities include directing evening activities, ensuring accurate fulfillment, and maintaining safety and inventory controls. CDL and forklift certification are required, with overtime as needed.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in warehouse leadership or supervision.
• Valid forklift certification; CDL required or ability to obtain.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer systems.
• Strong written and verbal English communication.
• Willingness to work outdoors in varying weather and overtime.
• Experience with sit-down propane forklifts is preferred.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

• Shift Leadership: Guide daily evening warehouse operations, track progress, delegate tasks, and adjust team priorities dynamically.
• Fulfillment & Quality: Coordinate order picking, packing, and loading activities to guarantee fast, accurate shipments.
• Inventory & Safety: Maintain precise inventory control, uphold quality standards, and enforce site-wide safety protocols.
• Equipment Operation: Safely operate sit-down propane forklifts and oversee safe material handling floor-wide.
• Team Development: Train, mentor, and coach warehouse personnel to boost productivity, performance, and efficiency.
• Operations Support: Manage shift scheduling, daily reporting, facility security, walk-in customer pickups, and smooth management communication.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Experience: 3+ years in warehouse leadership/supervision; 2-3 years of hands-on sit-down propane forklift and senior loader experience preferred.
• Certifications: Valid Forklift Certification required; CDL required (or ability to obtain).
• Technical Skills: proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer systems.
• Soft Skills: Outstanding communication (written/verbal English), problem-solving, organizational, and adaptability skills.
• Environment Readiness: Thrives under deadlines, comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions, and willing to work overtime as needed.

The essential functions of this role include:

• manual lifting up to 50lbs
• standing for 8 hours at one time
