About the Role : We are seeking a
Warehouse Lead
who has a track record of leading warehouse operations with excellence. You're driven by process, cleanliness, and accountability. You know how to implement systems, train teams, and ensure a safe, highly organized workspace that's always audit-ready.
This is a leadership role requiring consistency, proven leadership experience, reliability and a proactive mindset. You'll work closely with Production, QC, Purchasing, and Logistics to ensure that everything from raw ingredient intake to outbound finished goods is accurate, documented, and moving like clockwork.
Key Responsibilities :
Own all day-to-day warehouse operations, including receiving, inventory, staging, picking, packing, and shipping
Implement and enforce high standards of cleanliness, organization, and safety across the facility
Develop and maintain SOPs and checklists for warehouse processes; identify and resolve operational gaps
Lead, train, and hold accountable a lean, high-performing team
Partner with QC and Production to ensure accurate and timely staging of ingredients and packaging materials
Maintain real-time accuracy of physical inventory in alignment with digital system(s) (Virtual Office, etc.)
Support internal audits, cycle counts, and regulatory compliance checks
Track inbound / outbound shipments and proactively troubleshoot issues
Collaborate cross-functionally to minimize downtime and optimize flow
Monitor and manage warehouse equipment and supply needs
What We're Looking For :
5+ years of warehouse or fulfillment center experience, ideally in food, beverage, or supplement manufacturing
2+ years in a leadership or supervisory capacity
Deep appreciation for order, discipline, and clean aesthetics—your standards are
high
Proven ability to implement and enforce systems, train teams, and maintain accountability
Comfortable with tech (Google Sheets, QuickBooks, etc.)
This role may require lifting up to 50 lbs and extended periods of standing; reasonable accommodations will be made as needed.
Strong communication skills and calm under pressure
Bilingual (English / Spanish) a plus
