Job&Talent US in Avenel, NJ is seeking a Warehouse Lead to oversee daily operations in a fast-paced logistics environment. Shift: Monday–Saturday 7:30 AM start, you will guide a 10–15-person team and ensure procedures meet safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Must have experience leading teams of 10 to 15 within a warehouse environment.
• Must be bilingual (fluent in Spanish or Haitian Creole).

Responsibilities

• Delegate daily tasks and provide guidance to team members.
• Ensure all employees adhere to safety and quality standards.
• Prepare and set up the floor for daily operations.
• Conduct training sessions and manage daily headcounts.
• Monitor operational metrics such as PPH, chute fills, and CPP, and communicate progress to the floor supervisor.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment.
