Job summary

Job & Talent is seeking a Warehouse Lead for Keasbey to oversee daily warehouse operations, coordinate team activities, and ensure safety and quality. The role includes leading shifts (2nd shift, 4pm-12:30am) and collaborating with CSR and Operations Supervisor to plan shipping schedules and labor needs.

Candidates should have 2–4 years of related experience, a high school diploma or GED, and proficiency in Excel. Stand Up Forklift experience and Synapse training are preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience with warehouse equipment, preferably a Stand Up Forklift.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel.
• Synapse training preferred.
• Ability to read, interpret, and write simple instructions and reports.

• Lead and support warehouse associates with daily assignments and workflow.
• Prioritize tasks to ensure orders are processed accurately and on time.
• Monitor productivity, attendance, safety, and overall team performance.
• Train and coach employees on warehouse procedures and safety practices.
• Assist with receiving, picking, packing, staging, loading, and shipping activities.

Warehouse Lead - Keasbey

At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for a Warehouse Lead to work with a leading logistics company in Keasbey. This role supports daily warehouse operations by coordinating team activities, maintaining productivity, and ensuring safety and quality standards are met.
Shift Patterns

• 2nd Shift: 4pm to 12:30am
• Monday through Friday

Pay Rates

• 18.00 USD hourly

Essential Requirements

• Must have at least 2 years of experience
• Ability to coordinate with CSR and Operations Supervisor to determine shipping schedules and labor requirements
• Ability to unload and move inbound freight safely and efficiently
• Ability to pull and prepare product for shipment accurately
• Ability to perform picking duties meeting company standards

Skills and Qualifications
