Jobandtalent is recruiting a Warehouse Lead to join a leading logistics company in Bensenville, IL. You will oversee a team of 10–15, delegate daily tasks, and ensure safety and quality standards while preparing the floor for daily operations.

Typical hours are 5 am to finish (8–10 hours), with Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, and Saturday shifts. Pay ranges from $17.00 to $19.25 per hour, and you will be supported by a professional team in a structured environment.

Qualifications

• Must have over a year of experience leading teams of 10 to 15 people within a warehouse or logistics environment.
• Ability to multi-task effectively in a fast paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Delegate daily tasks and provide guidance to team members.
• Ensure all employees adhere to safety and quality standards.
• Prepare and set up the floor for daily operations.
• Manage training initiatives and maintain accurate daily headcounts.
• Monitor and report on operational metrics such as PPH, chute fills, and CPP.
